Please read these terms carefully before booking a course with Plant Spirit Medicine Woman (PSMW). By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. About Us

Plant Spirit Medicine Woman is operated by Sorrell Robbins, a Medical Herbalist, Shamanic Healer, and Cacao Ceremony leader based in Margate, Kent, UK.

2. Course Bookings

When you purchase a course with PSMW, you are securing a place on a specific intake of that course. Course places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full. You will receive a confirmation email with further details about your course.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via Stripe, Klarna, and PayPal. No deposits or payment plans are offered directly by PSMW. If you require flexibility, Klarna and PayPal offer their own buy-now-pay-later options, subject to their own terms.

3. What Is Included

Unless otherwise stated, the course fee includes:

  • All in-person training sessions as described in the course outline

  • Any course materials and physical goods listed in the course description

  • Access to supporting online course content via the PSMW members’ area on our website

Online course materials are released in line with the in-person training schedule and are intended to support your face-to-face learning. They do not replace attendance at in-person sessions.

4. Cancellation by You

4.1 Cancellations made more than one calendar month before the course start date

You are entitled to a full refund of the course fee. To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us in writing at hello@plantspiritmedicinewoman.com.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of your cancellation request being confirmed by PSMW.

4.2 Cancellations made within one calendar month of the course start date

No refund will be issued for cancellations made within one calendar month of the course start date.

This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal circumstances, illness, or inability to attend. We recommend that you consider appropriate personal insurance if you are concerned about unforeseen events.

4.3 Cancellations once the course has started

No refund will be issued once the course has commenced, regardless of how many sessions have been attended. This applies whether the student withdraws voluntarily or is unable to continue.

Physical goods and course materials that have been dispatched at the point of cancellation are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4.4 Transfers and deferrals

We do not offer automatic transfers of your booking to a future intake or to another person. Any request for a deferral or transfer is at the sole discretion of PSMW and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Goodwill gestures of this kind do not create a right or precedent for other students.

5. Cancellation or Changes by PSMW

PSMW reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify a course where necessary. If PSMW cancels or significantly changes a course, you will be offered:

  • A transfer to an alternative intake of the same course at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund of the course fee

PSMW will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by students as a result of a course cancellation or rescheduling, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

If an individual session within a course is cancelled or rescheduled by PSMW, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule that session at a mutually convenient time. This does not entitle the student to a refund.

6. Online Course Materials

Access to our online course materials via the PSMW members’ area is granted for the duration of the course. We reserve the right to remove access upon completion of the course or in the event of a cancellation.

Online course content is the intellectual property of Plant Spirit Medicine Woman. It may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written permission of PSMW.

7. Health & Wellbeing

Some PSMW courses involve shamanic, energetic, or plant medicine practices. It is your responsibility to ensure that participation is appropriate for your current physical and mental health. If you have any concerns, please consult a qualified health professional before booking.

PSMW is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Nothing taught in our courses constitutes medical advice.

By booking a course, you confirm that you are aware of the nature of the work and take personal responsibility for your own well-being during and after the course.

8. Your Statutory Rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Under UK law, you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, by completing your booking,, you acknowledge that PSMW will begin providing the course service (including granting access to online materials and dispatching physical goods) immediately upon confirmation, and you agree that your cancellation rights may be affected accordingly. If the course start date is more than 14 days away, the 14-day statutory right to cancel applies in addition to the terms above.

If you are unsure of your rights, you can seek advice from Citizens Advice or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSMW's total liability to you in connection with your course shall not exceed the course fee paid by you.

PSMW shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your participation in, or inability to participate in, a course.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

PSMW reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. The version of the terms in force at the time of your booking will apply to your course. Any changes to these terms will be published on our website.
